The last few years have been a bit serious, no? The Chief Audio Officer Summit promises to give you more data insights per square foot than any industry event you’ll attend this year. But before we start untangling attribution, let’s enjoy our lives for a moment. Our conference begins with a Welcome Reception, starting at 7:00pm in the legendary Cinegrill Theater at the Roosevelt Hotel, sponsored by Seekr.
We kick off our reception by focusing on the power of podcast to promote mental health during a fireside chat with Brittany Clevenger, Senior Director of Audio Partnerships at BetterHelp and Ashley Flowers, founder and CEO of Audiochuck and host of award winning podcast Crime Junkie.
Following the fireside chat, “Permission to Laugh” is a conversation with “Fly on the Wall” hosts and titans of comedy Dana Carvey and David Spade, courtesy of Audacy. These two long-time friends will talk about their time together traveling to the mountaintop of TV (SNL, Just Shoot Me), Film (Wayne’s World, Tommy Boy), and Stage (Standup Specials and Tours), and what caused them to build a home in the great state of Podcasting. This introduction to our time together will be part of a live Podcast Recording and allow for a bit of audience Q&A. Learning will occur, with laughter permitted.
